Angel Falls - Venezuela

Angel Falls is located in Canaima National Park, Bolivar state, Venezuela. It is locally called as Parakuppavena. It is the highest waterfall in the world. The height of the waterfall is 978 meters which is an enormous height. It has got a plunge of 807 meters. The specialty of the waterfall is its height where water is turned into mist before reaching the ground. It has got a huge number of visitors from all parts of the world. Hence it is declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is respect given to the beauty of the waterfall. As the waterfall Hs got a large number of tourists a large number of hotels and lodges have been opened for the accommodation of the tourists. The government of Venezuela takes many steps to prevent the natural beauty from being spoiled. The government takes various measures the development of tourism.
