Christ the Redeemer - Brazil:

Christ the Redeemer is located in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. It is in Corcovado Mountain which is 2,400 feet tall. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The statue with stretching hands attracts the people who look on to it. The statue is 38 meters tall and 635 tones in weight. The stretching hands have got some significance. The right hand points to the northern region of Rio de Janeiro and the left hand points the southern region of Rio de Janeiro. It has got a huge fame that millions of visitors visit the place every year. The train to the statue is maintained by Estrada de Ferro Corcovado. The train is available from 8.30 in the morning to 6.30 in the evening. More lighting is provided for the night viewers. The effective lighting makes it a beacon of the city. The location of the statue makes the viewers to wonder how the statue has been built. The viewers could really have a pleasant and fantastic experience on visiting this spot. It makes Brazil proud.
